The Flor do Terrasso team is constantly investing to ensure your satisfaction. We value relationships based on safety, trust, fairness, and good faith.

 

👉🏼 You may request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days of receiving your product. To be eligible, please ensure the following:

 

• The product must be returned in its original packaging;

• The product must show no signs of use or consumption (especially for food products), meaning it must be in the same condition as received — unopened and untested;

• The product must be returned with all tags, protective seals, manuals, gifts, and accessories it originally came with.

 

🔴 IMPORTANT:

Returns will not be accepted if any of the above conditions are not met.

 

📦 HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

 

Send an email to [email protected] with the following details:

 

• Product name;

• Order number;

• Email used for the purchase;

• Reason for the return or exchange;

• Image or video proving the defect, if applicable.

 

Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address.

 

🔁 Return shipping cost:

A fixed fee of R$100 will be charged for returns, due to long-distance shipping. This amount may be deducted from the total refund.

 

Once the product is received and verified in accordance with the conditions, the refund or exchange will be processed.

 

💰 REFUND METHODS

 

• Refunds will be issued via credit card, debit, or PIX — based on the original payment method — within 3 business days.

◦ For credit card purchases, the refund may appear on up to two billing cycles.

◦ Important: refunds will only be issued to a bank account in the name of the purchaser. Deposits to third-party accounts are not allowed.
